The Story

I live where I work — and I work like a local should.

I'm Justin Perron, the founder of The Listing House. I live in this valley. My errands run through Old Town. My weekends pass through De Portola. I know which streets back up to a vineyard, which schools have which boundaries, and which builders left clean walls behind drywall.

That kind of fluency doesn't come from a search bar. It comes from years of being in a place — and choosing to keep being in it. The Listing House exists to bring that local fluency to every transaction, regardless of price point.

I built this practice because most of what passes for real estate "service" today is actually just transaction processing — high volume, low attention, and a goodbye email after closing. I wanted to do the opposite: fewer clients at a time, deeper preparation, and a relationship that outlasts the deal.

Most of my business is referral and repeat. That happens because I treat every transaction as the start of something — not the end. I'm still your call ten years from now.
